Our Choices

Referral Partners
Referral Partners work with our direct sales force or a Caleidoscope Gold or Platinum Partner on sales opportunities they bring to Caleidoscope. Without making a full commitment to become a Caleidoscope Authorized Gold or Platinum Subcontractor, Referral Partners can benefit by working with Caleidoscope to offer your valued customers a comprehensive, proven and flexible suite of leading telecommunications hardware and network products and services.

As a Referral Partner, you are paid a referral fee for bringing opportunities to Caleidoscope. Referral Partners assist with lead referral introductions and relationship development while Caleidoscope provides the expertise of the products and the technology. Caleidoscope will compensate Referral Partners for leads or referrals that result in a sale between Caleidoscope and the customer identified in your referral. This partnership benefits everyone – you, your customer and Caleidoscope. Referral Partners are paid a referral fee.

Gold Partners

Caleidoscope’s goal is to build a strong collaborative relationship that offers you significant opportunities to grow your business. Caleidoscope works with a select group of highly qualified partners to deliver unequaled value to customers. As a Caleidoscope Gold Partner, you will receive unequaled value for your customers. As a Caleidoscope Gold Partner, you will receive solid benefits in the form of high level pre-sales support from our team of experienced telecommunications professionals, technical consulting, network design, product training, project management that keeps you in the loop, closely monitored implementation, and project support that doesn’t end until the customer is satisfied.

As a Gold Partner, you are paid a one-time commission for working with the Caleidoscope Team to deliver telecommunications network products, services and hardward to mid to large size customers. Gold Partners work cooperatively with our direct sales force or a Caleidoscope Platinum Subcontractor to identify, design, propose, document and deliver telecommunications solutions to mid to large sized business customers. Caleidoscope provides proven expertise in telecommunications products and technology, pre-sales support, contract generation, network design, product knowledge, application solution suggestions, multi carrier and multi technology options, coordinated project management, closely monitored project management that doesn’t come up short. Caleidoscope will compensate Gold Partners with commissions for completed sales. This is a partnership that benefits you, your customer and Caleidoscope.

Platinum Partners
As a Platinum Partner, you are paid both upfront and residual commissions for teaming with Caleidoscope to deliver telecommunications network products, services and hardware to your mid to large sized customers. Platinum Partners carry quota to receive the highest level commissions. Platinum Partners work directly with customers to sell Caleidoscope products and services. Platinum Partners engage customers, design, propose and deliver telecommunications solutions. Caleidoscope support the sale by providing expertise in the products and technology, pre-sales support including pricing, contract generation, network design, application design consulting, post sale project management, closely coordinated cutover management that keeps you in the loop, and unparalleled project management that doesn’t come up short. Caleidoscope will compensate Platinum Partners with commissions for completed sales. This partnership benefits everyone – you, your customer, and Caleidoscope.
